I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Angie was super to work with in the office to get the move scheduled and answered all of my many questions.
We hired In & Out Moving & Delivery last summer to put our things in storage while our new house was being built; they did an excellent job so we hired them again now that we were ready to move into our home. Nathan, Tyler, Cole, Brandon, Shaun and Jonathan worked so hard all day in the cold and got everything moved from 2 huge storage rooms into the house and garage before yesterday’s snow! We are so grateful for their expertise and dedication to get the job done, I would highly recommend this company. In addition, the price is extremely reasonable.

Taylor, Valery and In & Out Moving & Delivery team are the specialists worth 10 stars (but Google only allows a maximum of 5). The personal approach we have experienced with this company and the level of service they provide is unparalleled! The story goes: we were a company new to Charlotte area and needed to set up an office space we have just leased from scratch being overseas and doing all the preparation remotely. Due to the building policy, we had inconvenient move-in hours and wanted to find a company that could store our furniture purchases from Amazon, move them in all at once on a weekend and assemble everything. We were happy to find this company providing all-in-one service. There might be other vendors out there offering a similar package. However the value Taylor brought to the whole process was far beyond their initial offer: 1. They have been monitoring our daily deliveries for over 2 weeks, opening boxes, checking the goods arriving and coordinating with us promptly so as to return or substitute the items damaged in time for the move-in date (Saturday). 2. Initially we planned it to be a 2-day event and mentally prepared ourselves for that. However, Taylor’s team did most of assembly prior to that day (some chairs took 24 bolts to make them a complete piece!). 3. And negotiated all the licenses and insurance documents with the landlord even without our participation. So, on Saturday morning we realized that whole pieces of neatly wrapped furniture were moved in to our space and the whole job was done by 3 PM the same day, laid out in the office as if it was never empty. At 3:15 PM I was already proudly shooting photographs to my boss! 4. Taylor provided additional assistance to us even on the items that we have never included onto the initial list, which was another pleasant bonus! Overall, their thorough inventory, preparation and logical planning has led to the best experience we have had with a vendor in this industry. We truly recommend their team to everyone and look forward to our collaboration in phase 2 in a couple months when we plan on finishing our office full equipment. Thank you again!

Three great young men removed a whole house full of furniture after a water damage event. Brandon, Nate, and Z were great at what they do! In & Out Moving & Delivery in Hudson, NC I highly recommend for any service you may need. Taylor was very knowledgeable, and professional when I initially spoke to him on the phone. I was in desperate need of someone ASAP, and he made it happen. The men that he sent out were very friendly, and certainly professional in their handling of the pieces I needed moved. I still am amazed that they were able to move them due to the size and weight of the pieces I had purchased. I initially had 2 fellows the day before that were going to move them for me, but once they arrived, and saw the size, and how heavy they were said that they couldn’t even lift the smallest piece much less load or unload them onto/off a truck. I then learned from the seller about In & Out Moving & Delivery. When Robert and the other man with In & Out arrived, they looked at them and said “Not a problem.” They handled my pieces like it was nothing. They were very careful and respectful of my pieces as to not hit, scrape, or scratch them. Also, time-wise they were very efficient to help me with cost instead of dragging it out which some do when you are paying by the hour. I was impressed, and appreciative for that also. In & Out will definitely be getting my business in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We had to move out while our home was being renovated, and this experience could not have gone better. I had stuff going to storage, some to a rental home, some to another location and they worked with me through it all to make it an easy process. They were fair in their price and the actual moving crew made sure my belongings were cared for.

I just moved from NC to TN using In & Out Moving & Delivery. They were great! The same team loaded, drove to the new place and unloaded my items. Taylor helped initially with the estimate and Kassie held my hand by phone and email during the process leading up to the move. DK and Jamar were my movers and they took the utmost care with my possessions loading and unloading. They had a great attitude about the move, even though I had decided to take far too much stuff. I used the set price method and was assured that the price would only increase if the weight of my load was more than estimated. True to their word, my payment was exactly as stated. This is an amazing company. I wish I could give them 10 stars! I ordered a bedroom set of furniture from an online furniture site, which we will call Company X, and they completely butchered my order from start to finish. I have never been more disappointed and infuriated by a company in my life. In & Out Moving & Delivery was just the white-glove carrier that Company X used to deliver my order. After literally 2.5 months of trying to find and get my furniture from Company X, when I had been promised that I would receive the furniture in 2-4 weeks, I finally demanded they tell me the name of the white-glove carrier, which I learned was In & Out Moving & Delivery. It took only 1 call to In & Out to learn everything I needed to know about my furniture. Not only did they give me every answer I needed, but they had taken the initiative to REPAIR MY DAMAGED ITEMS THEMSELVES. Guys. I didn’t pay In & Out a dime, they were just my carrier. But they saw that my items were damaged, Company X could not/would not get replacement items in, my items were just sitting in their warehouse and they FIXED EVERYTHING THEMSELVES so the damaged items looked like new! I repeat, I was not even a paying customer of theirs, but within 1 week of speaking to them, my items were loaded onto their truck and delivered to my home. The men who delivered and put together the furniture were extremely professional, efficient, and honest. I’m only sad I didn’t try to contact them sooner, as no doubt I would have had much better luck than beating myself over the head trying to get anywhere with Company X. This level of customer service goes far above and beyond professionalism into the realm of legendary. My family has a huge move coming up next summer and there is absolutely no doubt in my mind who I will be calling first to be our moving company. I am so grateful to them and reassured to know that there are still good people and companies out there – In & Out being high on that list!

I hired In & Out Moving & Delivery to move 5 gigantic safes ranging up to 800 pounds in weight. They had to move them across hardwood floors and even up stairs. I was so impressed by their professionalism, equipment and “tricks of the trade” that resulted in a perfect move – with zero damage to the safes or the house. I highly recommend Taylor and his team at In & Out Moving & Delivery and will use them again in the future.
